Being confident and courageous in yourself

I remember growing up and going through those awkward stages of life of not knowing where to fit and who to trust. Well, to be honest, being an adult isn't much different without the courage and confidence. But as I have invested time and effort into myself through self development, I have gained the confidence to say "I chose to fit in here" or "I don't want to be associated with that" and that my friend takes COURAGE!

When I had my son in 2008, I really did some self reflection. I wanted to show him a strong, confident and independent woman! I wanted to show him a Mom that could play and a Mom that had passions. I started to dive deeply into self development and fitness training. I began my journey as a Fitness Expert and started to rediscover my passions again.

It took time, it sure as heck didn't happen over night. It wasn't easy either, friends were lost along the way, connections were broken and the free time for coffee and tea dates were taken over by self development books and videos. When making those choices, amazing things were happening and my confidence was growing. All of the time and effort was starting to pay off in a big investment, the return was I can confidently say I KNOW WHO I AM!

I am not "just a Mom" I am not "just a wife" I am not "just a friend" I am not "just a daughter" I am not "just a fitness expert" I am not "just a coach" AND especially I am not "just a woman"

NO NO NO

I AM WAY MORE THAN THAT AND YOU CAN TOO!

I am a strong woman with a balance between body and soul

I am a determined woman with BIG dreams and goals for my family, my friends, my clients and my business

I am a lover and a hugger, I love all that are worthy of my love and will always give and welcome hugs!

And my PASSION is to SHOW YOU HOW YOU can be CONFIDENTLY YOU!

Here is a fun little exercise to start you on your journey of self development. Take the few minutes to remove yourself from distractions and allow your heart and soul to answer these questions:

  • What drives you to jump out of bed in the morning?
  • If you could describe your soul in a word or two, what would it be?
  • What makes YOU happy, as a grown woman? I hope these three little questions trigger a couple shifts in your mind and begin to open you to rediscovering YOU again.

Thank you very much for having an open heart and welcoming me in.
